Collection Policy
Thank you for choosing St. Francis Memorial Hospital and Dinklage Medical Clinic for your healthcare needs.
We understand that the financial side of your visit to one of our facilities can be very confusing. We would like to take this opportunity to explain our payment expectations.
Our policy is to be proactive in payment arrangements. Statements are sent out at the beginning of every month. We accept cash, personal check, Discover, Visa or MasterCard as methods of payment. Payment in full, or commitment of payment, is expected when total charges are known. Co-payments are due at the time of registration.
In the event that your financial means are limited and you are not able to pay in full within 30 days after receipt of statement, financial arrangements for payment need to be established. You may contact our Patient Financial Counselor at 402.372.4229 to discuss payment arrangements.
PLEASE NOTE: It is important that you contact us and discuss payment options available. If payment arrangements are not made, your account may be referred to our Collection Agency.
Franciscan Care Services also offers a Charitable Care Program to assist patients that are financially burdened and unable to pay for their medical expenses. Please contact the Patient Financial Counselor for further information on this program at 402.372.4229.
